Memory

IN MEMORY
Most of you know that we lost my Mom in July and My husband's sister in September. She had 3 grandaughters and we wanted them to have something in memory of their Grand Mother. After making a search for crystal angels I came across these. It has a verse on the angel and we had Joanna's name, date of birth and date of death put on it. Two grand daughters are in their early teens and the other one is four years old. I read a new blogger online and we shared comments. A loved one had passed away and the grandchildren were sad. She said that the minister talked about the hermit crab. How there is just a shell. Then went on to say that the Minister told them that their grandmother was only a shell. She was not there. She was in heaven. Then every grandchild got a shell in memory of their loved one. I thought that was neat. We sent flowers for my Aunt that lived in Michigan. We told them to put four Doves on the plant, one for each child to take home with them. They had never heard of that but really liked it. So when Mom passed away they sent a beautiful plant and on it was a Dove. Their Mom and My Mom were sisters. The plant was for me and I immediately knew where it came from. Just some ways to help keep a memory alive.
