STILL HERE!

Hello again.
I wish I could say I am up and about but not yet.  I have been reading up on IBS and Gastritis.
Silas and I have appointment with our PCP Thursday.

The main thing I got out of researching was Acid versus Alkaline in your digestive system.   I know I have read on a blog about this very thing but don't remember where.  If anyone has info on this, please let me know.

I might not be able to eat much but I can still get "A Daily Rate" from feeding on God's Word.

2 Kings 25:30   "And his allowance was a continual allowance given him of the king, a daily rate for every
day, all the days of his life."

Another verse I was thinking on is: Joshua 2:3  " And ye shall know in all  your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake  concerning you."

Sometimes the Lord has to slow us down so He can speak to us.
So we can think more on the things of God.  I'm glad He is faithful.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well sister. May you be healed in no time! I'm glad to hear that you're feeding yourself with His Word. Sweeter than honey...And may His power strengthen you and heal you. God bless.

Ms. Aliene, I too have IBS. I have linked most of my problems to caffeine and sugar. I know everyone is probably different, but for me sugar is a huge upsetter! I hope that may help.

Hi Aliene,
I am sorry to hear you are not well! Have you considered that you might have a wheat, msg or some other food alergy? That can sure make for ibs.

Praying for health,
