No Need To Fear

Here it is the week end again!  Where does the time go?   I have been  quilting this week and finished another project.  I never start a project on the week end.  Guess I got that from Grandma.  I don't know where she got the saying but she always told us that every stitch you sew on Sunday you would have to take out with your nose.  I'm not sure I know what that means, haven't figured it out to this day.  How do you take out a stitch with your nose?  Impossible!    When she got aggravated at us as children ~ she would say "get out of there you little Dickens."   No offense if your name is Dickens ~ but I figured the ones she knew must have been some pretty bad kids.

Can't wait to get back to church tomorrow to see what the Lord is going to do. I know the family that was saved last week will be baptized.  Then, no telling.  We never know how the Spirit is going to move and I like it that way.  The Men's Retreat was last night and this morning at church.

Scripture for this week end: Therefore I Say unto you, take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, nor what ye shall drink, nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.  Is no the life more than meat and the body than raiment?  Behold the fowls of the air; for they sow not, neither do they reap,  nor gather into barns, yet your Heavenly Father  feedeth them.  Are ye not much more better than they?"  Matthew 6: 25-26

"For as the lilies, so shall He array me,
(I believe what He hath said;)
In the land shall be my dwelling,
And verily I shall be fed."

The Lord is my habitation, I shall not fear:

For plaque shall not come nigh my dwelling,~~
(In His Word, thus hath He spoken;)
Through long life, shall angels keep me,
Not one bone, shall e'er be broken."

The Lord is my Deliverer, I shall not fear:

"For should I falter, and He slay me,
Still shall I trust and never fear;
For with angels that would keep me,
One to deliver encampeth near."

The Lord is My God, I shall not fear:

"For He shall lift my load and burden,
As I ask Him, in His Name;
Give me grace and 'all-sufficiency,'
That I labour not in vain."

The Lord is my Savior, I shall not fear:

"Yea though I walk through Death's dark valley
And it's shadow I shall see~~
I shall lie down as in green pastures,
"Thy rod and staff, they comfort me'."
