Guess what? I just realized last night that this will be my
100th Post since April of 2008 ~ not counting the ones I have written on the writers KJV Blog. I started out not even knowing what a blog was. My niece help me set up Meditation and Memories and I have just written exactly what the title says: meditation and memories.
I have been in the Word with some devotions, then down memories lane with memories as a child. Enjoyed writing it all.
I have leared quite a bit about blogging the ten months that I have been on. Still have plenty to learn.
I have met many friends. I would especially like to say thanks to my niece Karla for setting this up for me and helping me along and straightening up messes that I have made.
Also, thank you Deb B. for helping me and encouraging me so many times. For your concern and thoughtfulness. Your songs, cd's and books have been such a blessing.
Then, I want to thank Cathy S. for helping me and e-mailing me to help me learn to do some things. I can always count on her.
For those of you who sent comments ~ thank you! I wish more would comment. It does boost the moral and may be the thing we need to encourage each other to keep blogging.
Then for all of you who prayed for me and with me concerning my health issues and my Mom and things that I was going through ~ that you did not know about ~ thank you so much!
God is helping.
I have met many other friends and have tried to comment on your post as you write. To all of you who pass by and don't leave a comment ~ God bless you anyway! I love you!
Always, Aliene

Congrats on your 100th post!!! I love blogging too! Love the fountain!
Congratulations Aliene! I started blogging in March, so not much ahead of you, but I'm coming up on my 300th post.
Sorry I haven't been around so much lately, but we are now in the midst of visits for Pixie, then she will be gone home...Maybe when I'll be down to one baby I'll have more time! LOL
You're always in my prayers, even when you don't hear from me.
I'm so glad you decided to do this! I've enjoyed helping you, and look forward to reading many more posts from you in the future.
Congratulations Aliene! I am fairly new too, started last July, it has been lots of fun.
I am proud of you for starting your own blog. I have an Aunt and mom whom want to live through mine and constantly want to post on mine, but I have to just smile and go on. I can not convience them to do it themselves....oh well.
Way to go girl.
Congratulations on your 100th post! That is an accomplishment - and your blog is just lovely.
God bless you as you continue.
Hugs.
Congratulations on you blogging. You are doing a great job. I'm one of those who pass by and don't leave a comment. Karla calls it lurking. But you see, I don't like to write, I like to read. You like to write, so why shouldn't I read what you write?
I also like your brother's blog! Maybe you could get him to post more for you to use.
Just saw your comment on my blog. I don't live in Lancaster, PA. That picture of hubby and me was taken in Lancaster, one of my favorite places to visit. We live about 2 hours east of there near Allentown, PA. Hope you have a great weekend!!!
I'm so glad you did start blogging and that I was able to glean from your sweet words! And meet such a lovely person.
I too was encouraged by Pam at Good News from a far country to blog. I have so enjoyed meeting the wonderful friends who share the same desires in writing, sharing and giving Praise to the LORD.
Congratulations..guess I better go count my post? Maybe I have an anniversary too!
God bless ...
HOPE
